We are looking for a Senior Support Specialist to join the Back Office team of Meest USA in Ukraine. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our key agents by ensuring seamless communication with the IT department to resolve technical issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as then primary point of contact for key agents, addressing technical and operational concerns.
- Facilitate communication between agents and the IT department for efficient resolution of technical issues.
- Monitor and track reported technical problems, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions.
- Document and maintain records of technical issues and solutions for future reference.
- Provide agents with basic troubleshooting guidance before escalating to IT.
- Develop a deep understanding of company systems and technology to offer proactive support.
- Assist in training agents on system functionalities and best practices.
- Generate reports on recurring technical and operational issues to improve processes.
- Opportunity to work on a schedule from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years in account management, technical support, and or customer service roles.
- At least an Upper-intermediate level of English
- Familiarity with IT systems, troubleshooting processes, and technical issue resolution.
- Strong ability to relay technical information clearly between the team, agents and IT teams.
- Ability to assess and prioritize issues for efficient resolutions.
- Experience with tracking and documenting support concerns.
