RoomReview is a growing PropTech startup based in the UK. We’re creating a transparent, review-based rental ecosystem to help tenants, landlords, and agencies make better housing decisions. We’re tenant-first, data-driven, and driven by a real social impact mission.
Your Role
As our Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the charge across social media, content marketing, influencer campaigns, newsletters, and community outreach. You’ll craft strategies, implement tools, analyze performance, and amplify our voice across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content

Create and schedule content for IG, FB, TikTok, Twitter

Design visuals, reels, and short videos using Canva/AI tools

Share tips, stories, news + deliver weekly newsletter

Campaigns & Tools

Build organic + paid growth strategies

Manage Manychat automation & AI video tools

Lead influencer outreach (Notion)

SEO & Blog

Manage SEO content calendar & review articles

Publish to WordPress

Community & Events

Spot & list local events (housing, tech, social)

Build connections with student groups & councils

Reporting & Team

Weekly reports on performance

Team catch-ups + content planning

Organize asset library for fast visual delivery

Post-Launch Video Campaigns
Once RoomReview is live, you’ll:

Plan and produce explainer videos for tenants and landlords

Highlight key features like postcode checker, review system, and 3-month trial for landlords

Coordinate user testing feedback into updated marketing assets

What We’re Looking For

2+ years in social media marketing or content strategy

Strong visual design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)

Familiarity with WordPress, Buffer, MailerLite, Manychat, and SEO tools

Ability to write or edit content in a clear, helpful, engaging tone

Self-starter mindset with great time management
