Job Opportunity: Sales Director (B2B) — Build and Lead a Remote U.S. Sales Team
Location: United States (Remote)
Compensation: $6/hour base + 2% commission on total team sales
Average monthly income: $3,000 — $5,000+ (uncapped growth potential)
Royal Foam, a fast-growing leader in the decorative architectural and signage industry, is expanding aggressively in the U.S. market. We are looking for a high-energy, visionary Sales Director who will build a remote sales force across the United States, lead a team of 20 B2B sales professionals, and drive significant growth.
This is a career-defining role for a proven leader who thrives on creating teams from scratch, mentoring sales talent, and achieving ambitious targets.
What You Will Do
- Build a remote U.S. sales team: Recruit, train, and manage up to 20 sales representatives located throughout the country
- Lead by example: Set clear goals, monitor KPIs, and ensure the team consistently exceeds revenue targets
- Market expansion: Design and implement a nationwide B2B sales strategy to grow brand presence among developers, architects, designers, contractors, and luxury communities
- Coaching & development: Act as a mentor, building a high-performance culture and fostering professional growth in your team
- Collaborate at the top level: Work closely with company leadership to align team actions with the company’s strategic growth objectives

What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in B2B sales leadership (construction, architectural products, design industry, or related fields preferred)
- Experience in building and managing remote sales teams across multiple regions
- Strong expertise in recruiting, training, and motivating sales professionals
- Fluent English (professional level) — essential for communication with clients and team members
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- A self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, resilient and goal-oriented

Compensation
- Base pay: $6/hour
- Commissions: 2% of your entire team’s sales volume
- Total income: From $3,000 to $5,000+ per month depending on team performance (no cap on earnings)
