Str Auto is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Dispatcher. As a Trainee Dispatcher, you will work closely with our dispatch team to coordinate and manage the transportation of vehicles across the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Work with dispatch team to schedule and manage the pickup and delivery of vehicles
- Monitor shipments and provide updates to customers, drivers, and other stakeholders
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on shipments and resolve any issues or concerns
- Learn and understand federal regulations and company policies related to the transportation industry

Requirements:
- Fluency in English at a level not lower than B1
- Previous experience in logistics in the United States or European Union is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable learning new software programs
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
