It raises so many important questions--how do become present with ourselves? how do become aware of where we choose to put our attention? and what sorts of stories arise in our organizations, depending on where our attention resides? and what oh what do we do to invite leaders of organizations to consider that there is another, more life giving way of being in organization? how to find out way through those fields of conversation, and ultimately into the field beyond all those mythical notions of "right" and "wrong"-- many questions raised...thank you kathryn
