Are you the one who can do it?
You will drive strategic recruitment programs and will be responsible for design, development and maintenance of the recruitment process and the implementation of recruitment innovations.
Your responsibilities will be the following:
- Developing the most effective, economical and appropriate recruiting channels and methods;
- Developing highly professional group of recruiters and researchers to implement and execute recruitment initiatives;
- Assessing external labor market conditions, examining hiring trends and anticipating the organization’s response to labor market changes;
- Working closely with the leaders of the company with the aim to build and deliver innovative approaches;
- Monitoring the activities of service providers and evaluating their performance;
- Managing recruitment marketing;
- Keeping track of recruiting metrics;
- Updating current and designing new recruiting procedures;
- Ensuring the quality of hiring.
- Knowledge of full life-cycle recruiting and understanding of all the disciplines of human resources;
- Understanding of IT outsourcing business and effective management practices;
- 2+ years of managing recruitment or talent acquisition in a corporate environment (managing team of 10−20 people) or holding a top management position in IT company
- Strong management and leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to perform as a self-starter and a change catalyst.
- Ability to work in under high pressured in demanding environment;
- Upper-intermediate level of writing and verbal English;
- Marketing skills would be a plus.
