We are looking for a talented and motivated specialist in the position of Middle-level marketing generalist with a focus on marketing communications for the company Finmap (https://cutt.ly/hw7i7vJH)
Finmap is a cash flow management tool that helps small and mid-sized businesses like agencies, service companies, developers, and project-based companies to get real-time visibility on what’s going on in their business in terms of money, avoid cash gaps, and make the right decisions.
They see how much their company is earning, which projects are more profitable, and most of all they finally have understandable financial reports that are generated automatically.
Responsibilities:
- Multichannel communication with the current customer base:
- Develop and implement a communication strategy to monetize and upsell existing and new communication channels (email, SMS, phone, social messengers, etc.).
- Manage and support communication in the existing partnership program (at the development stage) and future partnership projects.
- Manage current paid channels:
- Create hypotheses and creatives (technical specifications)
- Manage reports and control KPIs
- Interact with contractors, set and control the execution of tasks: site & blog update, integrations, creatives update.
- Form reports with data from CRM on current projects.

Teamwork:
You will work closely with the following teams:
- Lead marketing manager
- Integrators team
- Creatives team
- Website development team
- PPC team

Results / KPI
Number of SQLs from new funnels
Requirements:
- Proven track record in implementing communication strategies and building effective communication funnels.
- Experience in international markets, B2B experience.
- Full professional proficiency in Ukrainian and English.
- Experience in managing the full cycle of the project.
- Creativity (successful experience in creating and editing text, verbal and visual content, strong experience in creating content).

Skills:
- Analytical thinking (analysis of results, metrics, competitors and being able to subtract what’s the reason and potential impact).
- Project management skills (allocation of tasks, ensure everything is ready within deadlines), self-organized.
- Communicative skills (able to communicate with colleagues and get to common decisions).
- Good explanation written and oral skill.
- Energetic, quick and self-motivated.
