Miatech, an American company specializing in the manufacturing of perishable control systems, is currently seeking Dispatchers to support our technical services team. If you have a background in business communication, call centers, or customer service, and are open to working night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinating service calls across the U.S.

Communicating with company technicians and coordinating schedules

Using dispatch and scheduling software

Handling customer communication via phone and email

Preparing reports and collaborating with team members

What We’re Looking For:

Strong verbal English communication skills (experience with native speakers is preferred)

Previous experience in U.S.-based call centers or customer support is a plus

Ability to quickly understand technical and business-related topics

Familiarity with CRM tools is a bonus, but not required

Proficiency in MS Office

Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure

Availability to work 10PM — 7 AM (graveyard shift)

No prior experience? No problem. We provide full training for the right candidates.
Compensation & Benefits:

Starting salary: $1300/month, with potential for increases based on experience and performance
