What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone (in German and English)
- Assist with orders, product information, cancellations, returns, delivery issues, and complaints
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve cases
- Accurately document all customer interactions
- Maintain a calm, positive, and helpful tone with every customer
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in German and English
- Experience using ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Gorgias, or similar)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team
- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Bonus: Experience supporting eCommerce platforms like Shopify or Amazon

Compensation
- Trial Period: 18,000 UAH/month
- After Trial: Compensation will be adjusted based on performance and responsibilities, typically between 25,000 and 35,000 UAH/month
