						We are an agency representing one of the Top 20 U.S. logistics companies. Our office is based in Odesa, and we are looking for a motivated Sales Logistics Manager to join our team.
? Please note: this is an in-office position (not remote).
Requirements
Advanced level of English (spoken and written).
Strong desire and passion to communicate with customers in English.
Ability to handle refusals and objections with persistence and professionalism.
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets.
Previous experience in sales or customer service with English-speaking clients.
Responsibilities
Act as a Sales Manager in the U.S. freight market.
Communicate daily via phone and email with American shippers, manufacturers, and equipment dealers.
Conduct both hot and cold calls — maintaining relationships with existing customers and building new partnerships.
Work according to U.S. logistics and sales procedures.
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed monthly salary:
First 3 months: $700
4−11 months: $900
After 11 months: $1100
Monthly bonuses (average):
First 3 months: ~$400
4−11 months: ~$700
After 11 months: ~$1000
Total expected income (salary + bonuses):
First 3 months: ~$1100/month
4−11 months: ~$1600/month
After 11 months: $2100+/month
? Salary is paid from the very first day of training.
Working Conditions
Modern office in Arcadia, Odesa (Kadorr City Mall Business Center).
Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 14:30 — 23:00 (U.S. business hours).
Taxi home provided after work.
2 weeks paid vacation per year.
Days off on U.S. public holidays.
