About you
- Can`t sit still. Even with a busy schedule, you will be happy to find time to work between hobbies, duties or study.
- Have decent English skills but want to improve them.
- Embrace difficulties and pushing yourself through zone of comfort.
- Open minded and have an urge to learn something new.
- Your perfectionism prevents you from leaving work unfinished and makes you pay attention to even the smallest details.
- Worked in a team project or had experience in business communication.
- Growth mindset, you’ll be open to new ideas, embrace feedback & coaching, and challenge our beliefs to deliver exceptional customer experience.
- Using PC as a tool in everyday life.
- Background in customer support and experience with MS Office is a plus (if you have no experience, we are ready to teach you).
- Call center experience

Primary Responsibilities:
- Upload documents to patient’s charts.
- Post and review payments received.
- Entry the charges for bills creation.
- Collect and entering claim information.
- Submit claims and following up? with insurance carriers on? unpaid or? rejected claims.
- Perform calls to? insurance companies to? obtain claim status.
- Work with medical documentation.
