We are looking for a sales manager to work with online orders and customer support for our clients from German speaking countries.
Key functions and duties include:
- handling enquiries about products and related questions
- communicating with customers by telephone, e-mail or chat
- order processing and logistics
- issuing commercial documents
- working with content, product catalog, translation

Required skills:
- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask, flexibility
- fluency in German (at least Upper-Intermediate, B2)
- fluent English (at least Intermediate, B1)
- advanced PC and Internet user
