Sargent Logistics INC is an American transportation company with a head office based in Chicago, IL. Our company provides transportation services throughout the US, with target markets in Washington, Oregon, California (South and North), the Midwest, and the East Coast.
Due to company’s Car Haulers Fleet expanding, we are looking for a Logistics Operations Assistant to join our team in the Kyiv office.
Requirements
- excellent verbal and written English skills;
- 1+ years experience in logistics area (at support, dispatching or other relevant positions);
- extreme focus on organisation and time management;
- ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
- ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment;
- strong problem-solving skills.

Essential Functions
- monitoring/supervision of fleet and drivers;
- communicate with our drivers, staff members, and customers, assist them with various inquiries;
- planning and expediting transportation pipeline;
- following up on deliveries and pick-ups performed by assigned drivers.
