Trans-Pro Logistics is a 3PL (Third Party Logistics) company based in Canada with over 30 years on the North American market. We provide long-distance transportation services (ground, air & ocean) to North America manufacturing companies that have shipments to move.
Duties:
- Manage shipments from booking to delivery;
- Negotiate with carriers;
- Make appointments, tracking, and updates;
- Maintain open communication with traders;
- Build lasting relationships with carriers;
- Verify all relevant documentations pertaining to each shipment;
- Problem-solving and assisting carrier partners.

Requirements:
- English level at least Upper-Intermediate (B2);
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Experience in Customer Support will be appreciated;

Working conditions:
