We are servicing Canadian based company (high volume pre-owned dealership selling all makes and models of cars across Ontario) and now we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the team. All our team members receive proper ongoing professional training as well as the ability to work directly with native speakers.
We are providing our service from the office that is located in the central part of the city or you can work remotely.
Jobs requirements:
- English language at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
- PC proficient
- Proficient written and oral communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a team setting and goal-oriented environment
- Call center experience would be an asset

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Handle all incoming calls and online inquiries promptly
- Prospecting the existing database to find and create new opportunities (calling, emailing, texting)
- Address customer concerns and issues or escalate them as needed
- Coordinate questions and issues with appropriate department representatives
- Maintain customer information in a designated software system
- Follow up with customers and keep them up to date on any ongoing promotions in the company
