In connection with the expansion, the company invites a Customer Support Agent with knowledge of spoken English to join the team.
What you need to know/be able to:
- speak English fluently;
- be able to control emotions when working with different types of clients;
- to be ready for constant learning of new information;
- it is possible without work experience, but with good spoken English;
- we will teach you how to work with CRM. It’s very simple;

Will be a plus:
- Experience working in a call center;

What you will do:
- answer customer questions;
- provide background \ brief information to the client, working conditions and promotions of the company, specify when the client can come;
- work with the CRM system;
- NO cold calling;
- WITHOUT sales;

Work Schedule:
