We are looking for a Logistics Support Representative to join our team in the Kyiv office.
At this position you will be responsible for:
- supporting operational activity of the company: documents checking, updating the system, providing updates;
- monitoring/supervision of fleet and drivers;
- communication with drivers, staff members and assisting them with various inquiries.

Our requirement are:
- fluent verbal and written English skills;
- proficient computer skills (typing abilities, Windows and Microsoft Office);
- organized and responsible;
- attentive to details;
- previous experience at similar positions or logistics field would be a plus.

Work conditions:
- Office work at the Kyiv city center. Remote isn’t considered;
- Shifts Schedule (16−18 shifts monthly): 5 working days/ 3 days off
- Morning shift (7 AM — 2 PM);
- Afternoon shift (2 PM — 10 PM);
- Night shift (10 PM — 7 AM). (Please note, that the schedule includes all shifts).
- Hybrid work (remote night shifts).
