PROJECT MANAGER
Location: Lviv office or Remote
Position: full-time
Starting date of the contract: As soon as possible
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT consulting, cloud, security, or technology services.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project methodologies.
- PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is a plus.
- English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (both written and spoken)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of client engagements and ensure successful business outcomes.
- Align project activities, deliverables, and priorities with customer goals and expected value.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resources, budgets, and deliverables.
- Build strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the engagement.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Provide clear project governance, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Drive customer satisfaction, project adoption, and realization of expected business value
