Position: Remote Dispatcher
As a dispatcher, you will be responsible for managing service requests, assigning jobs to technicians, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and our team. You will work closely with both English-speaking and Ukrainian-speaking technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming service requests via phone, email, or online platforms.
- Schedule and dispatch technicians to customer locations.
- Maintain clear communication with customers regarding service updates.
- Coordinate with both English- and Ukrainian-speaking technicians.
- Ensure timely and accurate logging of jobs into the system.
- Assist with problem-solving and provide excellent customer support.

Requirements:
- Strong command of English (spoken and written).
- Ukrainian language proficiency is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or dispatching is preferred but not required.
- Stable internet connection and ability to work remotely.

Working Hours: 3:00 p.m. — 11:00 p.m. (EST, U.S. time zone)
