Job area
Procurement of goods and services, contracts follow-up, reporting.
Functions:
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
- Suppliers searching and evaluating
- Meeting and negotiating with suppliers
- Conducting tenders
- Contracts follow-up
- Reporting (weekly reports, tender reports. reports upon request etc.)
- Communication with Tax Optimization on Procurements (getting consultancies and approvals in case of specific procurements)
- Assuring of all the payments and permissions to be done before arrival of goods\services
- Checking of budget limits before purchasing

Requirements:
- Working experience: 2−3 years
- Experience in negotiating, tender/bidding processing, analytical and reporting work.
- Knowledge in SAP R/S skills,MS Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Effective work in Internet
- Fluent Level of Ukrainian, Russian, English
- High level of attention to detail
