We are looking for a talent Sourcer (Recruitment Assistant)
Sourcing is a core strategic driver of Quintagroup’s success. As a member of our team, the Sourcer works closely with our Recruiters and hiring managers to develop strategies to find untapped candidates. We conceive practical and creative ways to surface leading talent, and we invest a lot of time activating passive candidates through a highly engaged and diversity driven approach.
What you’ll be doing?
- Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of LinkedIn and alternative search techniques
- Work closely with Recruiters to deeply understand requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the company
- Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, and sourcing campaigns
- Screen resumes to determine basic qualifications
- Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders
- Recommend and drive improvements that impact local pipeline areas

- Experience developing and executing candidate generation and research techniques
- Experience screening resumes to match qualifications
- Experience approaching passive candidates
- Great organizational, documentation, time-management and problem-solving skills. Ability to work as part of a team, but also deliver results on your own
- Lead generation, sourcing
- English language skills
- Genuine interest towards recruiting and growth companies
- Relevant work experience
What’s considered a plus for this role?
- Strong online research skills
- Good skills with Word and Excel
- Relevant sourcing / recruiting experience
- Experience working with ATSs
- Some technical role understanding
- Experience working with IT professionals
