About The Role: As a Customer Success Manager, you have an amazing opportunity to shape the way we sell our product and own the end-to-end sale. We are looking for strong communicators who have a natural sales instinct to be the face and voice of Utech.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Upper-Intermediate English, Russian, Ukrainian
Ability to work by schedule:
- 4.00 pm — 1.00 am
- US Holidays are off
- Experience working in a freight/truck dispatcher role or in a SaaS sale’s focused role preferably with experience from a technology logistics firm (ie. Emerge, McLeod, Descartes, Trimble)
- Strong phone presence
- Self-motivated and accountable
- Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Strong, flexible, independent, and goal-oriented team members
- Experience with Salesforce, G Suite, and Nextiva preferred but not necessary
Responsibilities:
- Customer Facing role responsible for making calls daily to current customers to identify opportunities to sell additional products as well as identifying any challenges the customer may be experiencing
- Expected to become a product expert for both the software and hardware associated with GPSTab
- Need to be a critical thinker and a proactive problem solver
