Dispatcher with good English skills
To strengthen our team at our Odesa office, we are looking for a full-time employee.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics staff
- Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
- Keep logs and records of delivery process
- Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers
- Clarify wrong deliveries and returns
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints (delivery backlogs, transport damage etc.)
- Create shipping instructions for upstream suppliers
- Prepare shipping and transport documents
- Create and maintain the required price tables, statistics and reports
- Schedule transports
- Cargo space chartering

Requirements:
- Speak and write in English fluently
- Resist stressful situations
- Be courteous and considerate in your communication
- Bring initiative and personal responsibility along
- Be an assertive team player ready for independent action
- Have accuracy accompanied by diligence among your strengths
- Be acquaint with the shipping sector and have good general IT skills
- Willingness to occasionally work late shifts (17:00—00:00 + few hours on weekend)
- Knowledge of Polish and/or German will be an advantage
