The candidate we are looking for will be responsible for the following:
- Shipments planning according to Sales/Purchase contracts;
- Cooperation with Buyers and Producers to ensure smooth supply chain;
- Daily monitoring and reporting of the shipment status to the Steakholders;
- Cooperation with forwarders, surveyors and insurers for nominations as well as shipment/postshipment matters
- Export contracts preparation according to trade confirmations and FOSFA/GAFTA rules
- Knowledge of the specifics of the vegetable oil industry.
Successful candidate shall meet the following requirements:
- University degree/Fresh graduate
- Experience in logistics/execution is preferred
- English — spoken and written English
- Confident user of MS Office
