Requirements:
- Higher education
- Work experience in warehouse or Transport Logistics is desirable.
- Experience in administrative or customer support is welcomed.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical field will be an advantage
- Work experience in 1C is desirable
- Confident MS Office user
- English Upper Intermediate and higher-is a must

Working conditions:
- Official employment
- Monday-Friday from 9: 00 to 18: 00 (office work)
- Health insurance for an employee — from the first day, for children under 18 years of age and a spouse — after 3 months
- Vacation 24 calendar days
- Additional days off

Responsibilities:
- Acceptance of incoming cargo to the database;
- Processing of customer orders for shipment
- Tracking delivery to the recipient
- Processing returns
- Preparation of reports on receipt, storage, shipment, return, etc.
- Maintaining documentation on the client’s projects
- Participation in inventory counts
