We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to build and manage our top-of-funnel pipeline. Your mission will be to identify and engage ideal customer profiles (ICPs), nurture them through automated sequences, and continuously test hypotheses to improve conversion.
What You’ll Do:
- ICP Prospecting & List Building: Actively research, identify, and build a high-quality database of prospects that align perfectly with Corewide’s ICP.
- Outreach Automation: Set up, manage, and optimize automated, trigger-based email and social outreach sequences to nurture prospects through the funnel.
- Outreach Content Creation: Craft targeted and personalized content (emails, message templates, one-pagers) designed to resonate with specific ICP segments and drive engagement.
- Conversion Optimization & Testing: Develop and execute A/B tests and other experiments to test hypotheses and continuously improve key outreach metrics (open rates, CTR, replies, conversions).
- Data Management: Maintain the integrity and accuracy of our prospecting database within our CRM and sales engagement tools.
What You’ll Bring:
- 1+ years of experience in a lead generation, sales development (SDR), or marketing outreach role.
- Hands-on experience with sales engagement or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Zoho Campaigns, Zoominfo, Outreach, Apollo.io).
- A data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing and conversion analysis.
- Strong short-form copywriting skills tailored for email and social outreach.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.
- Upper Intermediate/Advanced English is a must
