CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree in Business Administration, IT or last year students (4th or 5th year)
- Excellent command of Ukrainian
- Good command of English or Polish min B1/B2
- Good computer skills (MS Office, Internet)
- Customer service orientation
- Strong communication skills
- Self-reliance and responsibility
- Ability to work under time pressure

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing technical and substantive support for Comarch EDI clients from the English speaking market and in global projects (handling e-mail and telephone requests — work in the JIRA system)
- Organizing training for clients presenting information of our products and services
- Listen and respond to customers' needs and concerns
