American E-commerce company, which provides services for online entrepreneurs, is looking for Customer Support manager to join our fast-growing and dynamic company. You will be assisting with opening companies, developing business strategies, opening e-commerce accounts, and conducting online transactions.
Requirements:
- High English level (B2 and higher)
- Financial Degree/ Experience in Excel will be an advantage
- Expertise in Microsoft Office programs and Adobe PDF
- Responsible and detail-oriented person
- Good problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to plan and execute tasks/assignments with minimal directions.

Main responsibilities:
- Forming application packages
- Filling out forms and bank applications for the clients
- Establishing close collaboration with company clients and bank accounts via emails
- Risk management of current accounts
- Ability to work with databases to conduct a review of the accounts
