We are looking for a highly motivated project manager to work with our permanent clients (existing client portfolio).
Strong English communication skills and soft skills are our top priorities — your previous professional background is less important. We are open to candidates from related fields, such as teachers or others with client-facing experience and strong organizational skills.
Requirements:
- Language skills: English — advanced (C1), Ukrainian — native.
- Willing to constantly learn;
- Analytical mind and ability to find compromises.
- Diligence, consistency, and systematic approach.
- Attention to detail and demanding the results of your work (perfectionism is required).
- The ability to perceive constructive criticism, and draw conclusions adequately.
- Ability to respond promptly.
- Skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Trello, and any experience in graphic/motion design will be a big PLUS.

Duties:
- Negotiations: offering a pre-sale solution that helps to detect clients' design needs and enables providing the estimate for completion of the required scope of work.
- Maintaining quality and prompt further communication (via calls, and text messages) from the first contact until the successful completion of the project. Resolving customers' issues, working with objections.
- Setting tasks in Trello (according to internal product briefs), monitoring progress, deadlines, and assurance of their timely execution. Communication with designers, elaborating and discussing project details.
- Reporting and coordinating budgets.
