- Effective time management skills to handle a volume of information and tasks, meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Hiring drivers based on the company’s specifications.
- Collection of documents, signing employment contracts, CRM management.
- Communication and onboarding of employees via incoming calls, text messages, emails;.
- Supporting drivers in resolving delivery-related issues.
- Providing timely and quality feedback to drivers.
