ABOUT US VRT is a small company (3−4 people), active in the Virtual Reality sector. Our Goal is to bring driver education to the metaverse, so that people, especially from western countries where the driver education is very expensive, can save a lot of money. we are a bunch of nice people.
we have different other driving simulators and sometimes also smaller projects.
ABOUT THE JOB. it’s a part-time job: 16h per week, that means the salary will be 20'000 UAH for 40% (50'000 for 100%).
ABOUT YOU
You are well-organized, structured and working without me having to tell you what to do. You like to work independently, to have the ability to talk to different people, to have an overview. You are smart and a person who is interested in new technologies.
DETAILS
For me it’s hard to get track of all the tasks that should be done. so I need a reliable, independently working person who likes to have responsability and can handle IT projects. i am working rather creative process and not always well structured (and this will not change… so if you are a person who needs structure from outside/his boss, it’s a bad choice to work with me), It’s your job to bring some structure, to have the overview over deadlines and to make sure that the tasks will be done until deadlines.
YOUR TASKS
- quality testing: you will test the apps in the role of a «unknowing client» (0.5−10h per week). you will test with vr goggles, but also with hardware devices. make sure that we are on time. report and discuss issues with developers. It’s your duty to make sure that it is working fine before it’s delivered to the client. Sometimes our developers are very good, sometimes they need somebody who really test their solution, as they forget some details that are important to the client or that they don’t see as a problem but that is very bad from user or client perspective
- daily update: you check on daily base what our developers have produced: everyone sends you at the end of the day his status report and you check it (did person work, what was the result of this work)
- weekly common meet-up (max. 1h) with developers to check general status. everyone including you presents his results.
- Status report to client (couple times per month), maybe also discussion and feedback to clients
- You will organize people who can do the job that need to be done: e.g., we need a hardware guy who will design hardware, we need driving students who will test the tool, you will research which person would be suitable and what it will cost
- you will also help for other tasks (e.g. systematic marketing funnel report and checks; OR you will maybe re-write elearning driving lessons based on rules and with help of chatgpt, mabe also sometimes organize flights or commodities
- one time per month we will have our game afternoon (1.5h-2h of gaming… every developer will be in charge for one time to suggest his favorite multiplayer game)
- if you see possibilities to automatize tasks and to be more efficient, you invest some time to make it more efficient

TOOLS
- we will work with clickUp and we will not switch to another tool.
- Your Time will be tracked automatically by timeTracker that you install on your PC.
- You report on a daily base to CEO via whatsapp

We are an international company with people from Ukraine, Moldova, Switzerland, Germany.
REQUIREMENTS
- good english skills
- Self organized
- good IT understanding
- Working during the day, so that you can talk to the other freelancers
- daily working
- Best would be if you have a driver licence (as one of our project is a car simulator, it s good to understand how driving actually works)
