- Duo classes: 300

Main salary range 1 (candidates who meet our requirements but do not have international certificates. The result of the interview and a trial class is considered)

Main salary range 3 (candidates who meet our requirements, have solid teaching experience, and possess international certificates like IELTS (7.5+), TOEFL (100+), CAE (185+)

The candidate’s rate depends on their credentials.
Teachers cannot choose specific types of classes to conduct. Profound assigns lessons based on requests.
Support for teachers:
- Each teacher will have a mentor responsible for their performance, education, methodology, schedule, and financial planning.
- Teachers are responsible for conducting their classes.
- Profound provides materials necessary for lessons, including free subscriptions to platforms like Oxford Learner’s Bookshelf, NatGeo, and Pearson. Additional resources are available from ESL Brains, Linguahouse, and ENGhub.
- Teachers can request unpaid vacation for 1 week per season (3 months).
- Fixed rates are reviewed every 6 months.
- Fixed rates are reviewed after the IELTS exam, provided a score of at least 7.5 is achieved.
