Duties:
- Search for suitable cargo/freight;
- Communication with clients by phone (IP-telephony), chats, e-mail;
- route planning;
- solving current problems;
- Work from home (with the possibility of later moving to the office).

What we require:
- Customer Service background or understanding of the industry coped with the willingness to learn and develop;
- Above average level of English (Upper and higher);
- Quick internet, quiet and convenient workspace;
- Experience in working with CRM systems that involve tickets;
- Understanding of Customer Service courtesy and etiquette;
- High ethics of working remotely is a must.

Schedule from Monday to Friday 15: 00−24: 00. (Perhaps earlier, if all the work is done, it depends on the workload and the day of the week).
