GotYourBack Support is a Ukrainian IT company, working both in B2C and B2B market, providing remote technical assistance to English-speaking users all over the world, as well as being the voice of our partners' brands and the main tool for building trust and open relationships with their customers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Provide the clients with high level technical support, including system diagnostics, tune-up, and troubleshooting;
- Guide the clients to solve possible problems with the soft\hardware;
- Answer the questions concerning the product and service;
- Fulfill other job-related tasks.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF:
- You have outstanding technical skills;
- Your spoken English level is Upper Intermediate or higher (B2-C1-C2);
- You are good at managing stress situations;
- Higher technical education\technical support experience would be a plus.
