Orthodontic Experts — is an orthodontic practice with many clinics in the USA.
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who speaks English!
Salary is determined and negotiated depending on language fluency.
Requirements:
- Native speaker or advanced/proficient level (C1/C2) of English — American/Canadian accent is a must (good command of Spanish and/or Polish would be a plus);
- Experience in communicating with native speakers (FLEX Alumni, Work & Travel, AIESEC, and other programs represent a big plus);
- Great communication skills, ability to small-talk;
- Ability to learn and act fast in a dynamic environment;
- Organized working style, with an eye for detail and a problem-solving approach;
- Computer literacy and good data entry/keyboard skills;
- Ability to work 8 am to 5 pm CST (USA time zone);
- Uninterrupted high-speed internet connection and stable power supply;
- Ukraine-based, but willing to consider candidates based in EU countries.

Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls;
- Resolving patients' issues;
- Scheduling appointments;
- Entering patient information into a database;
- No cold calls/Sales (!).
