As part of this change, we are seeking an Sales Development Representative to join our Direct Sales Team in Ukraine. You will attract and nurture new large enterprises to our client portfolio and cross-sell in line with the Business Unit sales plan in local market.
Responsibilities
- Researching prospective B2B clients and their contact information to make individual introductions
- Lead generation through introduction calls, emails, or in-person events such as networking events
- Lead qualification and nurturing, creation of sales opportunities
- Handling sales presentations and product demos, drafting and pitching proposals, making quotes and contracts
- Handling any negotiation regarding contract terms or pricing in collaboration with a company’s executives or other stakeholders
- Closing deals, keeping a solid and trusted, relationship with the prospects and clients through follow-up emails, calls, and F2 °F meetings
- Following the customer throughout the whole sales process; cross- and up-sales
- Control of receivables of the customers
- Timely and accurate reporting
- Keeping CRM data updated according to internal rules and guidelines

Requirements
- About 5 years of relevant B2B sales experience
- Proven experience negotiating with C-level executives of large enterprises
- Deep knowledge of IT trends with an emphasis on business systems and applications
- Experience selling enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, ECM etc. will be a plus
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Has a problem-solving mindset and is used to working to tight deadlines and meeting KPIs
- Proactive person, able to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Project management and business administration skills
- Good at paperwork
- Deep understanding and experience in using Social Selling approaches
- Well-disciplined CRM user, proficient user of Microsoft 365 and Linkedin Sales Navigator
- Fluent in Ukrainian, and English at the Upper Intermediate level and above
- Ready for business trips
- Driver’s license (B) and driving experience of at least 2 years
