We have a game dev team Creaty | 2D & 3D Game Development and Publishing Company, which develops its own games (casual, hyper-casual, simulators). The success of our games is obvious: the total download is over 10 million! But we will not stop developing, so we gladly accept Marketing Manager into our ranks.
So we are looking for a Game Producer.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in game production or related field
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of game development processes and industry trends
- Experience managing budgets and schedules
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of game design principles

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with development teams to define project goals, timelines, and budgets
- Manage the project schedule and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Track project progress and ensure that development is on track and within budget
- Oversee the creation and implementation of project plans and strategies
- Facilitate communication between team members and departments
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Conduct post-project reviews and identify areas for improvement
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies
