Position Title: Junior/Middle BIM Specialist (Part-Time, with Potential for Full-Time)
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a part-time Junior/Middle BIM Specialist to join our team, with the potential to move to full-time later on. You’ll be responsible for performing modeling based on point cloud data using Autodesk Revit software. We have exciting projects in North America and the EU, and we’re looking for someone motivated to learn and grow in a friendly, supportive team. We’ll work with you to determine your compensation that meets your expectations based on your interview results.
Key Requirements:
- A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Structural/Civil Engineering or Architecture is preferred, but we’re open to relevant experience and education
- We’d love it if you have at least 1 year of relevant experience
- You should have a general understanding of residential and commercial architecture/structures
- You should be fluent in Autodesk Revit software.
- Intermediate English proficiency is a big plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform modeling based on point cloud data using Autodesk Revit software.
- Develop Revit families
- Collaborate with the team to ensure project deadlines are met
