The candidate should:
- have over 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management;
- to understand transportation, warehousing, certification, customs clearance processes and inventory planning;
- possess positive mindset;
- understand and support change management principles;
- show proactive approach;
- follow the principle of «listen first» and deliver information clearly;
- keep leadership, coaching role in the team;
- stay focused on preventive measures instead of reacting to the problem as it happens;
- have fluent English, both written and verbal;
- have systemic thinking;
- be persistent in getting to the target with no upsets;
- embed planning, organizational, cross-functional capabilities;
- keep rigid controls on budgets, costs, terms, timings and KPI’s.

Main responsibilities:
- Management of the Logistics Team in order to ensure the high quality of all Sales and Order Processes;
- Providing excellent Sales Support with the entire team (Construction, Mining, Agriculture Equipment, Power Systems);
- Logistics and Customs Clearance Process;
- Forming of budget on logistics, analyse and manage of logistics costs;
- Provide inventory control measures;
- Оganize and coordinate the company’s logistic and warehousing processes;
- Provide analysis, planning, organization, coordination and management (including organization of control of the fulfillment) of the enterprise’s logistic processes;
- Control the correctness and timelines of fulfilment of the tasks set up to the employees of the department;
- Carry on negotiations with transport companies;
- Determine the indicators and control the efficiency of the products delivery;
- Optimize the cost and efficiency of the logistic operations of the enterprise;
- Coordinate financial streams related to the logistic processes;
- Organize processing of the transportation and accompanying documentation;
- Perform monitoring and price formation of the transportation tariff
