Your responsibilities will be:
- to conduct legal researches;
- to create commercial proposals, presentations, legal letters, legal reviews;
- to write short articles for our website;
- to draft all kinds of legal documents;
- to take part in the list of various projects of the company as a junior lawyer with an opportunity to grow;
- other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- you are a student of law university (third/fourth-year) or you are a graduate of law university;
- your academic performance is on a sufficient level (GPA starting from 75−80);
- English language at the level of Upper Intermediate is a must;
- you are extremely detail-oriented (very important);
- you are generally familiar with searching for public documents online;
- readiness to work in an extremely fast-paced environment and to react to these changes;
- problem-solving skills, judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- general interest in law and the crypto-asset industry;
- сommitment and availability for a minimum of twenty hours per week (4 hours per one business day; or 8 hours per one business day if it is full-time employment).
