Your responsibilities will include:
- conducting legal research;
- preparing commercial proposals, presentations, legal letters, legal reviews;
- writing short articles for our website;
- drafting all kinds of legal documents;
- supporting client communication by preparing correspondence, requests, and informational materials;
- performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- You are a third- or fourth-year law student or a law graduate;
- Strong academic performance (GPA of 75−80 or higher);
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher (required);
- Exceptional attention to detail (critical);
- Basic experience in searching public records and legal documents online;
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
- Strong problem-solving, judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Genuine interest in law and the crypto-asset industry;
- Commitment of at least 20 hours per week (4 hours per business day or 8 hours per day for full-time employment),
- Experience in using AI tools.
