Job description:
As an Art Director, you oversee and guide THE YOVTH creative projects with the creative team (UX/UI designers, graphic designers and video editor). Your job description includes the following fields of responsibilities:
- Creative Direction: You drive the style and tone of projects to ensure they align with the client’s identity and objectives.
- Concept Development: You lead the ideation of concepts and create storyboards to present to clients or internal teams.
- Design Development: You ensure that designs are engaging and meet the project’s objectives, quality standards and technical requirements.
- Team Management: You are responsible for providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout the creative process. You also assign tasks, set deadlines, and review the team’s work to ensure quality and consistency.

You will mostly work on such projects:
- Websites
- Materials for Social Media
- Video for LED screens
- Banners
- Brand books

Requirements:
- 3−5 Years of Agency experience.
- Pro-level working knowledge of Figma + Adobe Suite.
- Strong storytelling skills and experience working with video content for social media.
- Experience in creating concepts for digital marketing campaigns (banners, PPC, promo videos, etc).
- Keen eye to details.
- Ability to present ideas.
- Fluent in English.
