Job Vacancy: Full-Time Reefer Dispatcher
Qualifications:

Upper-Intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1) level of spoken and written English.

Minimum of 1 year of reefer dispatch experience in the US market (mandatory).

Skills:

Excellent speaking and writing skills in English.

Strong geographical knowledge of the USA.

Proficient computer skills.

Good memory and attention to detail.

Ability to handle stress effectively and multitask.

Duties:

Book refrigerated (reefer) loads with brokers.

Dispatch drivers and monitor reefer freight requirements (temperature control, delivery deadlines).

Communicate with broker representatives and drivers.

Answer phone calls and monitor/reply to emails.

Provide telephone support during the delivery process and assist with problematic situations (e.g., detention, temperature issues, delays).

We Offer:

Salary: $1000-$2000 based on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 15:00 — 00:00 (Kyiv time).

Steady reefer freight and supportive dispatch team.
