Key Responsibilities:
? Respond promptly to maintenance requests and issues reported by truck drivers and dispatchers during the day shift.
? Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and other technical problems related to the fleet.
? Coordinate urgent repairs and roadside assistance by working with on-call technicians or external service providers.
? Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities in our maintenance management system.
? Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies for vehicle maintenance and repair.
? Assist with administrative tasks related to drivers and fleet operations as needed.
? Support the Fleet Manager in day-to-day operational tasks and long-term planning.
Required Qualifications:
? Fluency in English (spoken and written).
? Working knowledge of Ukrainian and/or Russian languages.
? Minimum 1 year of verified experience as a Fleet Manager Assistant or in a similar fleet support role.
? Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
? Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
? Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
? Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
