United Fleet Corp is a U.S.-based logistics company headquartered in Streamwood, Illinois, with a back office located in Lviv, Ukraine (Lemkivska St. 9a).
We specialize in expedited freight transportation using various types of equipment including hotshot trucks, cargo vans, sprinters, box trucks, and straight trucks. Our mission is to deliver reliable and fast freight solutions across the U.S., with a growing international operations team.
We are currently looking for a Recruiter for Truck Owners to join our growing team!
? Working Hours:
U.S. Timezone: 8 AM — 6 PM EST
Kyiv Time: 2 30 PM — 23 00 AM (flexible starting time — earlier shifts possible)
Work from our office in Lviv (Lemkivska St. 9a)

? Responsibilities:
- High-volume recruitment of truck owners (Dry Van, Hot Shot, Sprinters, Box Trucks)
- Collecting and managing onboarding documentation
- Conducting 25−30 short interviews daily
- Adding and updating candidate profiles in our CRM system
- Experience in logistics or recruiting in the U.S. trucking industry is a strong advantage!

? Requirements:
- Fluency in Russian or Ukrainian (many of our partners are Russian/Ukrainian speakers)
- English level B2 or higher
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle conflict professionally
- Attention to detail and the ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks

? Salary:
Starting from $600/month base salary + performance bonuses
