Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Operator to join our team. Your primary role will be to provide exceptional customer service over the phone, helping clients with service inquiries, determining service areas, identifying customer needs, providing information on service fees, scheduling appointments, and confirming service details.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer calls and book appointments via phone.
- Dispatch appointments to technicians according to their area using software.
- Respond to incoming customer requests from the website with text messages using templates.
- Follow up with leads who have not made decisions about service.
- Inform technicians about incoming requests from existing customers.
- Communicate with technicians about urgent job requests.
- Report specific quotes from leads to the manager.
- Resolve conflict situations with customers.
- Proactively call scheduled customers to reschedule appointments in case of technician delays, showing consideration for their time and needs.
- Cancel existing appointments according to customer requests and inform the technicians.
- Use Google Maps when dispatch software cannot cover a specific case, ensuring jobs are dispatched within the required time window and route for the technician.

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and listen actively.
- Professional, friendly, and empathetic approach to customer service.
- Ability to multitask and handle complex scheduling.
- Comfortable with using CRM systems and other computer applications.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
- Basic understanding of household appliances is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a bonus.
