We are looking for passionate and self-motivated professionals to join our Back-office Team. As a Back-office Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing client verification and transaction processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- client verification: Ensure the accurate and timely verification of client information, adhering to compliance and regulatory standards;
- deposit monitoring: Monitor and manage deposit transactions, ensuring swift and secure processing while maintaining accuracy;
- withdrawal processing: Oversee the withdrawal process, ensuring efficiency and addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly;
- transaction data analysis: Analyze transaction data to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for improvement. Provide insights to enhance operational efficiency;
- act in the best interest of the company at all times and cooperate with the Customer Experience team and other departments to deliver high standards of customer service;
- perform other related tasks as required.

Main requirements:
- experience in a similar position will be a plus;
- good written skills in English;
- Team coordination: collaborate with the team to streamline processes, resolve issues, and maintain a high standard of service;
- strong attention to detail;
- outstanding communication and client-handling skills;
- hard-working and able to cope under pressure;
- good computer literacy;
- laptop needed (Windows, CPU from Intel i5 or similar, 16 GB RAM)
