Your impact (the role)
We’re hiring a Front?End Engineer to craft performant, reliable web dashboards that shape how people move and access services. You’ll ship features at speed, fix bugs, and raise UX performance — owning quality end?to?end in a product environment that values polish.
What you’ll do
- Build & maintain front?end apps with React, TypeScript, and Next.js (SSR/ISR/CSR, routing, data fetching).
- Translate Figma into responsive UIs using Tailwind CSS, ShadCN UI, MUI, and SCSS; implement design tokens and reusable components aligned to a design system.
- Integrate APIs via RTK Query (or SWR); manage client/server state, caching, and optimistic updates; familiarity with REST/gRPC backends.
- Performance: improve Core Web Vitals (LCP/INP/CLS) with code?splitting, image optimization, memoization, and hydration tuning.
- Quality: write unit/integration tests (Jest/React Testing Library), enforce typing/linting, and participate in code reviews; optional Storybook for component QA.
- Collaboration: partner with PM/Design/Back?end; clarify requirements; contribute to documentation and release notes.
- Ops awareness: ship via CI/CD (GitHub Actions/Argo), use feature flags, and leverage telemetry (analytics, logs, traces, error tracking) for safe iteration.
- Support: triage and resolve production issues, reducing MTTR and raising user satisfaction.

What you’ll bring
- 1−3+ years commercial front?end experience (2+ preferred).
- Strong with React, TypeScript, React Hooks, and Next.js; comfortable with SSR/ISR patterns.
- Hands?on with Tailwind CSS, ShadCN UI, MUI, and SCSS; proven ability to turn Figma → production UI using design tokens.
- API integration experience (REST/gRPC); familiarity with RTK Query (or SWR/Redux Toolkit).
- Performance mindset (Core Web Vitals) and attention to accessibility (a11y/WCAG).
- Testing with Jest/RTL, Git proficiency, and CI familiarity.
- Clear English communication; ability to collaborate with a Ukraine?based team (some evening overlap with U.S. time can help).
- Nice to have: i18n, charts/maps, product analytics, Storybook/design?system experience, or rapid prototyping under deadlines.

Work modes
Remote (Europe?friendly):
- Work from anywhere with 4+ hours overlap with EET/EEST.
- Stable connection, security hygiene, and camera?on collaboration for key sessions.

On?site with relocation (from Ukraine → EU): This track includes a comprehensive, hands?on relocation package:
- Legal & residence permits: End?to?end guidance to obtain local residence documents; typical onboarding ~1−2 weeks (subject to authorities).
- Housing support: 2−3 months of free accommodation near the office; assistance with deposit and long?term lease.
- Transport & logistics: Flight/ground travel coordination and arrival support.
- Equipment & setup: Day?1 workstation (latest Mac + monitor) and secure access.
- Community: Established Ukrainian teammates on site to help you settle quickly.

Important: For the on?site track, applicants must be ready and eligible to relocate to Ia?i (primary) or Riga (secondary) in compliance with Ukrainian and EU regulations.
