We are looking for a recruiter to fill truck driver / owner operator positions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, source and recruit qualified truck drivers through various advertising platforms and various resources;
- Executing interviewing and creating a positive business environment for long-term cooperation with the company;
- Develop and maintain a full understanding of the local driver labor market;
- Complete candidate files for review by the Safety Department for approval;
- Capacity to multitask and handle high levels of stress.

Qualifications:
- Experience with truck driver recruiting is a must;
- Level of English — Upper-Intermediate is obligatory;
- Experience with recruiting in USA market at least 1 year;
- Filling transportation and logistics positions are considered as an advantage;
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast pace;
- Problem-solving skills.
