We are seeking highly motivated recruiter to our driver recruiting department. If you like to communicate with people on phone and have a strong desire to be successful, this may be the opportunity for you.
Work experience in logistics will be a great plus but it would be awesome if you:
- have experience at HR/Recruting position
- have English level B1+
- feel comfortable working with a lot of data
- ready work from office: Kyiv, Beresteiska
- ready to work in schedule: Mon — Fri 15:00 — 01:00
- have strong verbal communication, decision-making, and negotiation skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Find and hire new drivers.
- Request and check all neccessary drivers' documents to keep all documents up-to-date.
- Surf net to find and analyse new resources, post adds and contact new applicants.
- Problem-solving and human touch.
- Must be able to read, count accurately, do simple math (add / subtract / multiply) and write legibly
