We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist for the logistics company (US market). This job is performed in an office environment and cannot be performed remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Provides quality customer service to customers by providing one-on-one attention to detail
- Coordinating logistics process
- Proactively monitoring the movement of freight
- Communication with drivers
- Provide phone support during the delivery process

Requirements:
- Knowledge of English at the Upper-intermediate level
- Good verbal communication, decision-making and negotiation skills

Working hours:
- from 14:00 till 22:30/23:00 (Monday — Friday)
